With this feature, you can send your messages directly to us in a smart, safe, and convenient way, without ever leaving the app.
We included this feature to give you an easy way to share your issues, feedback, or even interesting ideas to help improve the app and overall experience.
Secure approach
Security is a top priority for our entire solution, and it's important that your messages reach us safely. That's why we chose this secure in-app approach, ensuring your communication is protected every step of the way.
Another important safety feature is that your messages are stored securely and can only be accessed by you and our team. This ensures that no one else can see or read your messages, keeping your communication completely private and protected.
We will never share or sell any of your previous messages or current one.
Message manager
The Message Manager is a specially designed part of the application that allows you to manage your active message. It consists of multiple modals and includes various parts and operations to make communication simple, organized, and efficient.
- Send message (A create operation for new message that will be sent to us)
- View messages (A special section that lets you see messages)
- Clear message (A delete operation that frees up space for new message)
Message process
Account privacy is strict and carefully maintained. The main account is the most secure and has full access to its own data as well as the data of members linked to its database. Member accounts are also protected and have their privacy.
The current active message is always stored in the database. When the clear operation is executed, it is deleted from the database and its data is no longer tracked.
When you send a message, it is stored in the database and we are notified. Once it's your message's turn and we are ready to respond, our reply will be attached, and a dot in the main color will signal that a response is available. Using the clear operation deletes the acitve message, including your message data and our response, so you're ready for the next message cycle.
